Yoga is good for the mind and body, it builds resilience against ageing and srength for day to day life, mentally and physically. Once you understand that, you need a good teacher to guide you, Rebecca is just that. She provides a non competitive welcoming environment for all whatever your ability, age or experience. I find these classes a relaxing oasis which allows me to refocus and get perspective back in my life, while building strength and fitness
Several years ago I started yoga and at times found it a chore with my previous teacher, but felt I needed to go...until now...I have been attending Rebecca's classes for over two years and every week I cannot wait for the next one! Rebecca's voice puts me to maximum 'calm mode' and it is an hour of complete 'switch off' where I am able to concentrate on the postures and nothing else - an absolute treat for me!

I hadn't done yoga before and didn’t really know what to expect. I’d heard of ‘downward dogs’ and ‘nameste’ but that was about it. I have now been taking yoga classes with Rebecca for over a year and I can highly recommend them. Rebecca carefully guides the class through the poses, building strength and flexibility, whilst allowing an hour to clear our minds. I always come out of the classes, rested, refreshed and ready for the day. Oh and I love the scents from the infuser!
Rebecca is a warm, friendly and patient instructor. I come away from class feeling calm and relaxed but knowing that I’ve had a good workout too
Rebecca runs the best yoga class I've ever done. She's a brilliant instructor, she sets a great pace to the class and ensures we all work at our own level of ability. Not only is she incredibly competent, she's also warm and friendly and has a lovely calm voice - all adding to the relaxing and restorative vibe to the class, (whilst it still being a bit of a challenge at times too). Love how she keeps it varied from week to week - and especially love the lavender eye bags for savasana.
Rebecca’s yoga class is a weekly haven for my mind, body and spirit. Each session flows with ease starting gently and moving through to more challenging poses. Each posture is explained in detail so that my understanding and confidence have improved as well as my breathing and overall technique. I enter as an exhausted wreck and leave thoroughly rejuvenated and happy!
